Hi,

I use CAFM Explorer as an essential business tool, our FM Helpdsek, maintenance and administration team could not do without it!

If you have any questions or issues you as a user - at any level - want to raise or get some simple practical advice, do look on the User Group Message Board or post a question.

We can all learn a new trick or direct the product if we keep asking and talking together!

I'm Phil Rickett, I have used cafm explorer for some years and I am also a memeber of the User Group committee.

I am Head Of Facilities for a charity providing residential education for 200 children and young adults with a range of disabilities from our estate in Surrey.

I would be happy to discuss any cafm or general FM issues with other users

Hi everyone,

I'm Michael Priestley and the law firm for which I work has been using cafm explorer/net for nine years. We've even exported it to our USA offices and they love it and are looking forward to their Quantum upgrade soon!

We use several of the key features and have expanded our use of cafm as our business has grown more complex. In addition to Help Desk and PPMs, particularly key to running our business/facilities side is the financial planning/budgets tool which keeps us on track minute by minute and ahead of our accountants!

Always willing to learn and take advice, as well as helping where I can.

Best wishes to all users,
Michael Priestley

Hi! My name is Don Crawford. I'm the Corporate Facility Manager at Citizens Property Insurance. Since going live last July 1st, we're now using CAFM Explorer primarily for Facilities-related work orders, PPMs, stock tracking, and visitor room booking. We also track our invoices and we're just starting to use CAFMCAD. As Tony and Claire would attest, I'm always looking for ways to further develop the product to better support my needs and those of other clients. I'm looking forward to exchanging ideas with those of you on the forum!
