Cumulating in the success of sales of CAFM Explorer into more than 37 countries worldwide, this event was broadcast to a world-wide audience over a webinar.

Presentations were provided by the User Group committee, led by Keith Surey, Chairman around the extensive benefits of being a User Group member with an emphasis on networking to share knowledge. The success of the Development Forum’s to “have your say” in the strategic direction of the product and the delivery of Live Reporting in CAFM Explorer’s 7 for Windows 7 released in April 2010 was testament to this.

The main presentations of the day were on the new training service called Tips and Tricks Video’s (TTV’s) which is aimed at byte sized video tutorials to download and own. There are over 20 TTV’s to choose from and the video tutorials Live Reporting and Document Cabinet were shown as these topics were hatched the Development Forum’s. A question and answer session was held at the end of each TTV presentation and to mark the success of our growing global market there were live link ups to customers in UAE and USA.

An extensive range of Workshops were available on the day:-

  • CAFM Explorer opportunity to attend workshops on Help Desk, Planned Maintenance, CAFM Cad, Live Reporting and CAFM Net and Mobile
  • FMx ability to discuss any product and services related opportunities
  • User Group ability to discuss User Group benefits and register for the online Message Board to post topics and share knowledge
  • Strategic opportunity to tease out and discuss the strategic direction of the development of CAFM Explorer
  • FM Genius Bar opportunity to discuss technical and functional topics on a one-on-one basis with an FM Guru

A special presentation took place on the 25th Anniversary of the User Group captured in video and to celebrate the success of this all attendees enjoyed a glass of bubbly on the terrace at the end of the day with impressive views over the City of London.
